Can I do 12th again with PCB?

Yes, you can repeat 12th with PCB but for that you have to take admission in 11th standard with PCB and after passing 11th you can appear in 12th with PCB.

Should I take PCM if I dont like maths?

If you wish to pursue your career in science then go for PCM combination. If you are not interested in science and you have inclination in commerce or you wish to become charted accountant then you opt maths in commerce. Another way, you should go through the syllabus of maths in PCM and also of commerce stream.

Can you just give 12th Biology paper after passing 12th?

Yes you can give the exams for Medical or biological fields after clearing the Bio exam in 12th as you have already cleared 12th in PCM.
