G4 is pretty standard for a baritone’s high register. If you can hit C3 easily may be you are a baritone.

Quite simply, it means your vocal range is from G2 to G4. Assuming you’re using the system of pitch notation that calls Middle C on a piano C4, and also assuming you’re male, then your voice type would most likely be a baritone.
