When can you stop seeing a psychiatrist?

Unless your treatment is court ordered or you threaten to harm yourself or others you can stop treatment at any time. Just cancel your appointment and don’t reschedule. Yes, you can. But if you’ve seen that psychiatrist for any length of time they undoubtedly have you on several harmful medications.
