No.As of now (september 2018)they are not accepting any indians to join Mturk.

Can I use US MTurk ID in India?

Yes, Amazon Mturk has started accepting non-US applicants sometime back in mid-2016.

How can I get MTurk ID in India?

Go to https://requester.mturk.com .

  1. Click Create an Account.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Follow the prompts to complete your Requester account registration. When prompted, type your mailing address and accept the Amazon Mechanical Turk Participation Agreement.
