Jokes aside, due to immigration from Balkans, Crimea or Caucasus during past centuries it is pretty common especially in western Turkey. Black Sea region and Aegean region also enjoys high prevalence of blue eyes and blonde hair, but it is relatively rare in central Anatolia.
