Is medical PG from Ukraine Recognised in India?

MCI (Medical Council of India) may soon allow Indian students who have completed their PG from Russia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, China & some other countries to practice as PG doctor in India. Till now, MCI/NMC only recognized PG degrees from the 5 English speaking countries viz. US, Canada, UK, Australia & New Zealand.
