They are bored because the material is too easy for them. They fly through their assignments and get frustrated that their classmates aren’t as fast as them, and that their teachers can’t always challenge them more. They are bored because the material is too difficult for them. They struggle until they give up.

Exam stress can lead to many different mental illnesses, like depression and anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, self-harming and suicidal thoughts and worsening of pre-existing mental health conditions.

They have a wrong belief like an exam is unnecessary, but if they try to think in a detailed positive manner, they can understand the benefits of exams.
