Do you believe that your religion can save you why or why not?

There’s no religion that can save anybody. There’s only one name – Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Again, your soul can’t be saved by just joining any religious sect or denomination. Those who choose not to worship God or in another deity choose to worship their own thinking.

Are we saved by faith or belief?

God’s Word says that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus and not by our own efforts or works (Ephesians 2:8-9). Grace Alone. Our best efforts can never be good enough to earn salvation, but God declares us righteous for Christ’s sake. We receive that grace through faith alone.

What is faith that does not save?

And, it is the faith that followed Jesus spoke of during His last Feast of Tabernacles (ref. John 8:31-59). Simply put, faith does not save when it is not accompanied by obedience to the word of God.

The writer of Psalm 138 says of God, “In the day when I cried out, You answered me, and made me bold with strength in my soul.” When we are right with God, we never go into turmoil alone. We have the Creator of the Universe on our side.

Faith causes us to act on what we haven’t experienced yet, to believe promises in the Bible that haven’t been fulfilled yet, and to trust God when our situations haven’t changed yet.
