How strong is Naruto in base?

Deliriously Strong. In the movie called as “The Last” Naruto was 19 y/o but in his base mode he opened a huge crater on Moon cuz of his amplified punch to toneri and he also tanked a moon splitter attack while throwing that punch to his opponent.

Can Naruto fly in base form?

Naruto can only fly in his Six Paths Sage Mode and Kurama Sage Mode, outside of this, he can’t.
