Previously, VR formed the backbone of movies like The Matrix and Total Recall and provided a space-saving entertainment option for more affluent sims. However, in reality, it always fell a bit flat.

NO. VR is not overrated. Any field can be found to be overrated only due to lack of awareness. VR is not limited to just movies, games or vr tours.

There’s not much content on VR. This ties in with the last one, but the fact is there’s just not much content, and even less good content, on any VR device.
