When that happened, the Reverse Flash he released, because of the whole Speed Force buffer, he still existed even though this was after Eddie was dead.

Future Flash stops Present Flash from saving Nora because FF knows that her death is the defining moment in Barry’s life. Its the whole reason FF keeps PF from saving her.
