There are approximately 25 questions created for each lesson, and each question is classified as either a quiz, test, or exam question. Questions are pulled randomly. The system does not exhaust questions the student has already seen before reusing questions.

Updating a passing threshold will only affect future assessments taken by a student, so it will not retroactively change any submitted attempts. If the grading method is changed in flight, how will that affect the student’s course? All assessments will be scored based on the method applied to the course at the time the quiz is submitted.
