Why does ghee turn black?
Ghee turned black, in fact, it is very dark brown, due to intense heat transfer. Aluminum is no match for stainless steel.
Why did my ghee turned brown?
Once the ghee has cooled a little, pour into glass jars and store at room temperature. As it cools, it will become opaque and might look buttery. This is normal.
