If your upper body (especially head and arms) have drifted out over your toeside while lifting, your legs are going to follow, and your front foot is going to move diagonally off the the board into a heelflip.
Do you have to jump high to ollie?
You need to jump high, pop hard, slide up your foot, and remember to pull up your back foot so you let the board come up of the ground!
