The group consists of 23 members as of April 2021, ranging in age from late teens to mid-twenties and divided into four different sub-units. The group debuted their first sub-unit, the rotational NCT U, on April 9, 2016 with the double digital single “The 7th Sense” and “Without You”.

Who writes NCT songs?

As of 2020, Taeyong and Mark are the members who are most active in making NCT’s music. They both primarily work on writing lyrics, though Taeyong has also occasionally helped compose music.

I have a few predictions for NCT next year, half of them probably won’t happen. It all just depends on what SM wants to do and what things will happen since there’s supposed to be 2 new groups under SM. There was a rumor going around that NCT will have a new sub-unit called NCT Q. With SM releasing its new plans for 2020, I believe this rumor might be true. A lot of my predictions are based on the new sub-unit. Jeno leader. IF NCT Q is real, I hope it’s the sub-unit where NCT Dream members go to after they graduate.
