I am having the exact same 100\% load crash issue. My Factory OC’d Corsair Hydro GFX GTX 1080Ti Liquid Cooled Graphics Card, works just fine at 99\% percent Load. But anything that requires 100\% load crashes. Most notably anything set to 4K Resolution or super sampling at 4K.
